ATTIVITA’ E COMPETENZE UFFICIO SERVIZI DEMOGRAFICI
L’Ufficio Servizi Demografici, facente parte dell’Area Affari Generali e Servizi demografici, svolge le seguenti attività (sommariamente e sinteticamente indicate):
ANAGRAFE:
– Iscrizioni e cancellazioni anagrafiche
– Cambi di via all’interno del paese
– Variazioni anagrafiche
– Certificati anagrafici
– Carte d’identità
– Istruzione pratica di richiesta licenze di caccia – tiro a volo – pesca
– Autenticazione di copia e di firma
– Legalizzazione di fotografia
– Attribuzione numeri civici
– AIRE (Anagrafe degli Italiani residenti all’estero)
STATO CIVILE:
– Denunce di nascita
– Denunce di morte
– Pubblicazioni di matrimonio
– Registrazione di matrimoni religiosi
– Matrimoni civili
– Cittadinanza italiana
– Rilascio di certificati ed estratti dagli atti di stato civile
ELETTORALE:
– Iscrizioni, cancellazioni, variazioni liste elettorali
– Rilascio tessere elettorali
-Rilascio di certificati di iscrizione alle liste elettorali
– Raccolta firme per proposte di legge e referendum
– Aggiornamento albo scrutatori e presidenti di seggio elettorale
– Aggiornamento albo dei Giudici popolari di Corte d’Assise e di Corte d’Assise d’appello
– Ricevimento domande per albo presidenti di seggio elettorale
CIMITERO:
– Redazione contratti di concessione cimiteriale
– Rinnovi dei contratti di concessione
– Pratiche amministrative relative ai trasporti salma, cadavere, resti mortali, cremazioni, traslazioni
LEVA MILITARE:
– Redazione lista di leva
– Aggiornamento ruoli matricolari
STATISTICA:
– Statistiche relative ai servizi anagrafe, stato civile, elettorale
